OUR APPROACHES

Our programmes are built on the Whole Language Learning approach which calls for language to be regarded holistically, rather than as pieces. We believe that children learn it the best not when they are learning language piece by piece but rather they are working to understand the meaning of whole texts. Both cognitive and affective factors are taken care of in the learning process.

Language skills are integrated in the curriculum in a progressive order while various levels of thinking skills defined in bloom taxonomy (ie. remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating) are included to complete the tasks.
