CLE Chef Apprentice Holiday Programme is an exciting and educational programme that enables children to embark on a culinary adventure during their school holidays. This innovative program is designed to cultivate children’s passion for cooking, offering them a delightful and hands-on meal preparation experience. Specifically tailored for the younger age group, we provide a phonics programme to assist beginner readers in jumpstarting their phonics learning while enhancing their reading skills. Alongside this, children engage in arts & crafts and creative meal preparation activities.

This programme serves as a fantastic opportunity to enrich our children’s knowledge and provide a fun, interactive platform for them to acquire valuable life skills. Meal preparation often involves teamwork and this programme aims to foster teamwork and leadership skills among children. Children collaborate with their peers to create dishes, assign responsibilities, and develop a profound understanding of the importance of effective communication.
